GemBridge connects gemstone buyers with our network of vetted dealers in Bangkok. This page explains what we collect, what we do with it, and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect
- When you join our waitlist, we collect your name and your contact details — your WhatsApp number, your email, or both.
- If you message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can answer you and work on your request.
- If you fill in a form in one of our ads, we collect what you enter there, usually your name, email and phone number.
- We use the Meta Pixel on this site. It lets Meta, which runs Facebook and Instagram, tell us how our ads perform and show our ads to people likely to be interested in GemBridge.
- We use Google Analytics to count visits to this site and see which pages people read.
How we use it
We use your information to answer your request, to find the right dealer for the stone you are looking for, and to follow up with you about it.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
Asking us to delete your information
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Message us on WhatsApp, or email hello@aprilmayo.com, and we will remove it.
